21 year-old male with 30 year female problem

Something bad happend to my bottom in between senior year hs and senior year college. I have no idea how or when but I sure hope it can be fixed with some kind of exercise. I just noticed it a month ago (I guess I don't look at my bare ass.)

please tell me I can do like 500 squats a day or drink cat urine to reverse this.


while im here, how much pooch should I have over my abs? I haven't really worked out since summer and my six pack already looks like a keg.

any advise plz

diet? but i'm already small?, run a lot?, bike a lot?, sweat alot?

5' 11" male
161 lbs
30'' waist.

and don't tell me its heredity and im stuck plz!

You are a similar build to me. Im no expert but I think that you just need to reduce your bodyfat on your Stomach. Your abs are showing you just need to work off any exessive BF and then tone your abs some more and all will be good.
 
yo mate i look exactly like u and my belly has more fat than that look at my pic but u cant see it , you can only notice it if u pinch on it.
 
Am I the only one who thinks he has great abs? I mean you don't want to have 0% body fat. You look great. Quit pinching and maybe you won't notice :)
