Hey. I'm Carrie.
I've had several journals here in the past.
This past summer, I went to Fat Camp.
I lost 22lbs.
I lost 6 inches in my waist and went from 206lbs to 184lbs in one month.
My initial goal weight is 164lbs.

I'm 20lbs away from that goal.

This journal is going to help me get there.

Good luck! What kind of things do you do at fat camp? I bet you learned a lot of valuable info! Feel free to share any good tips you learned! Keep it up!
 
Heya wow you have come far already that last stretch may be the hardest to come but you can defiantely do it! Yes plz do share at what one learns at that camp because that progress is AWESOME. Good luck! :)

I went to a fat camp called Wellspring (. They called themselves a 'wellness camp'. Fat was the new F word. We weren't supposed to use it. I basically exercised for like.. 7 hours a day and ate under 1200 calories.

I learnt a lot at the camp and found it hugely effective.

I've attached my before and after pics from the camp.

Daily Goals:

Keep fat grams <20g.
Eat between 1200-1400 calories
Take over 10000 steps

This morning I ran/walked for 45 minutes. Awesomeee.

So far have eaten a bowl of porridge with skim milk, 1 spoonful fat free yogurt and apple sauce.
