Hey there!
I started off really skinny and I used to work out everyday plus I had a balanced diet. Then I graduated from school and went off to university, where everything was new and I started packing on those pounds then something bad happened in my life and I went into depression using food (still using food ) as a comfort. I put on 20 kgs and I was in complete denial about my weight gain until I met an old friend yesterday who said I looked chubby. As soon as I got back home and stepped on that scale I realised I was 67kgs and 20kgs fatter.
So now I want to get my life in order, get that motivation to lose all that weight and become a healthier version of myself. If I could please get the support of others going thru the same thing,it would mean so much to me because I always need that constant boost of support.
Starting tomorrow its on! For a new me! Wish me luck that I make it till every excess kg is eliminated!
