Well, I'm hoping I got this!
Picked up a little on Monday. I'm down 3.25lbs today, that's pretty exciting.
Bought a jacket that doesn't fit..going to take a photo of me now and then another when it fits...because it will!

Thank you for the support ladies. It means SO much to me. Definately going to take your advice!

Hey Amanda! Just read through your diary- congratulations on all you've accomplished thus far! You are doing great :D

I was just curious when do you normally exercise? I used to just go random times but now I was go in the morning! It jump starts your metabolism and it also makes you feel better all day, getting those endorphins released early!

I'm not sure if your lifestyle allows it but if it does I would recommend trying to do your workouts in the morning :)

I do my workouts in the morning between 8-10am, lately it's been a little later like between 10 and 11am because I just don't feel like it.
Cardio class is at 7pm, that's one night a week and when Danny and I go for a walk it's between 4:30 and 6:30pm.

So, most days, it's morning but there are a few exercises at random times.

I prefer doing it in the morning because then I can shower and meet the day head on, I have done it late afternoon and early evening before and don't care for it as much.
 
Enjoyed cardio class tonight. Did a circuit workout and it rocked.
Great workout, worked up a good sweat!

Feeling good but feeling tired!

2 yrs ago, my niece and I used to walk 1km and jog 2km before the cardio class!! We're in a different location now (further away), so we never attempted it (not that I think I could yet..lol) The thoughts of it now are..overwhelming!!

I'm hoping to get back up to where I was before, if nothing else, jogging a bit.

I do feel better, got up this morning, already have my workout clothes on, had my breakfast (no matter how good it is to exercise on an empty stomach I can't), will hit the kettlebell/ab circle and treadmill as soon as the last kid gets on the bus.
Haven't done this, this early in a week or two. I prefer to do it and get it done for the day, just been so slack lately.

My cardio class kept me in check after having a footlong and chips yesterday, so no gain...gotta take that and go with it!!

Hello Amanda, wow you're doing sooo well wow,I have thoroughly enjoyed reading through your diary!Many congratulations on your weightloss so far,all your hard work is paying off! :D Keep up your healthy diet and exercise routines,it looks and sounds fantastic! Don't worry,we all have sluggish days sometimes,but you're not beaten by it so that's great!I'm also right with you and have to agree I can't do exercise on an empty stomach-I need to eat!Otherwise everyone around me is affected by my mood haha.

Anyway,all the best with everything you do,I look forward to reading more!It's so motivating!

I'm enjoying my exercise this morning!!

I can't exercise before I eat because I'm up too long. I think if I were to get up and exercise right away, I could..but I have 3 kids that need to get ready for school, so being up for an hour and not eating is hard for me...lol.

Thanks again. I've been SO super motivated by everyone on this site, I DO hope I can movtivate someone else!!

Feeling kinda crampy, gassy, crappy, not sure if it's my body getting used to all the healthy food or what.

Yeah, I checked the scale..up 2lbs. So, gotta work that back off...ah, the story of my life.

s-smart food popcorn..my son bought it and I had 2 sm. bowls.....bugger, this is HARD!

E-30min. on treadmill, walk with Danny 50min.

Just dropping by to say hello and chin up chuck! :D Sorry to hear you're not feeling so great today.
You're doing really really well,I really love the way you log your food and meals,becuase eventhough there are lil moments where you slip up a bit,it balences out with all the healthy food you're eating-and that may be why you're not feeling so great today.That's what happened to my Stepdad actually (I know this doesn't seem related haha but it kinda is!hehe) when he joined the family and ate our vegietarian diet,he found he's tummy was a bit grumbly to start off with but after a week or two he felt fine and started to lose weight.(He ate lots of meat before.) So you may find that after a couple of weeks you're body will be used to it :)

You are doing great! I agree with LomoLover - your body might need some time to adjust to the new diet! but then its "a walk in the park" easy!!
Keep up the good job - you are doing really great with diet as well excercizing!

It may be due to the food change, but I have be "loosely" following this before so it's not all new.
I had my gallbladder out years ago and have bouts like this occasionally, my stomach rolls, TMI: I get gassy and make several trips to the bathroom. I ended up taking some meds for it and seems better now.
It's not the reg. tummy hungry rolling, adjusting to the decrease in food..although I do have that occasionally too.
Got my treadmill in. So that's good. Following my menu.
Attitude still needs adjusting..my "sunny happy" yesterday is kinda "grey" today......
 
Your still making efforts to lose weight! Your doing okay and working on things! Be proud! Sometimes the changes take a bit to get positive about just keep trudging along and you will do fine! Have an awesome day!

i had my gallbladder out 5 yrs ago too. i hve never experienced any problems after that though. i think mine has recreatd itself. I guess im just lucky.

Hope you are feeling more sunny!! We are all behind you!!! Today is gonna be a better day!!

Woohoo treadmill!! I love mine and get a lot of use out of it when I don't feel like going to the gym which has been a lot lately.
I always get gassy and bloated at first when I bring back the healthy eating too - make sure you get lots of water and it will help flush things out. The bloated feeling from veggies is way better than feeling bloated off grease :puke:
Keep it up and I look forward to seeing your progress when I return! :seeya:
