2008-The Befores...

Hey everyone. I have decided to make new before pics. Since it is 2008 and I have finally gotten my knee problme out of the way I can now focus on losing weight.

So here are a few before shots of me thanks to my mom who caught me trying to take a picture of myself using a timer. My mom stepped in being a photographer and all and took a few quick shots of me...nothing special though..just the typical front, side, and back pictures.
 
Good luck on loosing the weight! The pictures didnt show up on my computer but Good job for atleast taking them :p

Hey there! I had the same issue w/ my knee. Also had a shoulder problem from baseball (pitched from about 8 years old to about 18). Finally had surgery on my shoulder to correct it, and finally my knee felt good after strength training for about a month or so prior to running again.

What happened was I hurt my knee running and it would do this weird popping every once and a while, and behind my kneecap it would totally feel weird. So I stopped running, and began strenght training on my knee. I never worked my legs before lifting weights, because I thought running was enough, and I wasn't going for bulk. But since working my legs I have noticed that my little aches and pains from running have gone away. And I am running more now than I used to. Usually 5-6 times a week!

Ty! School starts up next week for me. I am going to check out the rec center..or the so called rec center. With it being a small commutors college I'm not sure how much of a weight room/ rec they really have.

Keep on track, and if you fall off the wagon, just try again.

Hi there! :) I see you're a Buckeye fan ?? I go to OSU. Are you in the Columbus area or elsewhere in Ohio??

Ty. I hope I do well. I know what it is like to fall of the wagon. So I know how to get back on again :)

Ty. Posting the befores isn't all that bad for me anymore. I have done it before on here...I would have to find the thread....
Lets hope I don't have to post anymore befores on here though lol

No I wish I was in Columbus. But I am in Ohio. I use to go to OSU-Lima (branch) but transfered to the school that shares their campus.
