Wow thats amazing, I'm using you, as my pedestal to loose weight. I have the exact same weight and body formation as your first picture. And my goal is to look like your second picture. I started weight lifting, But i am taking a 2 day break for my muscles to heal, as i can barely move them right now, lol. I'm going to be starting cardio tomorrow for 4 days a week with 4 days weight training as well. Now all i have to do, is watch what i eat.
