Hello everyone, some of you may remember my other posts. This is an update, its been a full 6 months to a year since I've posted but never give up, you can accomplish anything with hard work!

Going to go on strict cutting diet with weights to lower my body fat but try and retain lean muscle. Wish me luck! I hope to return to 270!!:hurray:
 
What was your diet/exercise routine to lose the weight, and what was it to build the muscle?

I did 90 mins cardio on a treadmill every day for the first year, at like a slight incline 4.0 speed. Like speed walking. I ate the usual healthy foods and cut out the bad stuff.

For weight training I ate whatever I wanted more or less and started off with a program called Starting Strength. You should look it up if your interested.

I am now trying to lose pure fat and retain lean muscle so I'm trying to get into a slight calorie deficit and keep working out with the same intensity.
