So I decided to rededicate myself to losing weight. My weight had ballooned 100 lbs in 10 years, and I managed to lose 70 of it before the holidays. I slacked off and regained about 20 lbs.
Its been 2 weeks since I started writing down everything I eat and working out...an hour a day on the stationary bike, only taking in about 1200-1500 calories. The scale keeps moving, down 3 pounds, up 3 pounds, but never any more than that....its happening daily and very frustrating.
Anyone have any experience or advice on this?
