2 week challenge..

I have just recovered from flu/bronchitis, which kept me out of the gym for about a month and a half. But now Im healthy and more than ready to hit the gym again!!
Problem is, Im going to Mauritius in 20 days time and seriously need to tone up - as walking around in a bikini the whole day is the norm over there.
Im not overweight, nor underweight, my abs are toned, i just need to concentrate in toning my butt and legs...
Anyone has excercises that works magic with these areas?? Basically what im asking for is a serious 2 week toning program - thats not too much to ask...lol
Any help would be appreciated (even diet tips)!

I would be running for cardio (long distance some days, sprints others) if I were you and lifting heavy weights at least three days a week. I would also make sure your diet is as clean as possible. Keep the sodium to a minimum, drink a lot of water each day, etc.

Good tips from Teresand77.

You have two weeks to firm up, so you need a plan! Depending on your expereince... you may want to look into the Pyramid routine. It delivers excellent results. That coupled with mixed cardio intervals and intensities and a clean diet...bingo :)

Sorry, this is a bit off topic...but I had to respond...Mauritius is gorgeous! I was there for a week or two about 7 years ago and had one of the best vacations of my life. I don't know how much you can acheive in two weeks but I would recommend lots of cardio that focuses on your butt and glutes as well as lunges, squats, etc.
