2 quick questions

1. Is it more better to take creatine before or after a workout?

2. Does chocolate really make your face breakout. Everytime I seem to eat it, a day or so later my face looks worse(and ive heard from people that chocolate supposedly does it). Is there evidence to back this up or could this be the placebo effect and I am imagining it? Thanks!

1. after
2. milk chocolate is basically a gob of saturated fat and sugar, neither of which are too good for your skin, let alone your general health. I would suggest cutting the chocolate out. If you REALLY need chocolate, stick to the dark stuff. I used to HATE how bitter dark chocolate is, but when i cut back on sweets, i noticed that the flavor of dark chocolate seemed a lot better. :D

Certain people react to certain foods. Chocolate doesnt cause acne, but if you notice that after you eat it you break out, cut the chocolate and see if it subsides. If it does then problem solved, if not then you can still enjoy.
