2 questions

i got a problem see my right beicep is more round and my left arm is like flat but my left is bigger.

question 2 what's better for a 13 year old high wieght low reps or high rep low wieght.

well, the first problem may be just genetics...im not sure how you can fix it.

as for the second question: stick with low weight, high reps for now. since you are starting out, it is important to focus on form, and develop good habits with technique.
