I don't think I will make my 2 lb goal this week!!! I know i still have the weekend, I just started WW - maybe I'll step it up and go to the gym and do some cardio workouts the next couple of days...
Any suggestions? I ate my 26 pts yesterday no more, 1 less actually...
Tomorrow I'm going to a pampered Chef party, and plan to eat lightly (maybe just sample a few things) I hope not to use my flex points - and then I will use them after Monday... I'm so new to the WW world, so I'm curious to know how week one on that goes (my weigh ins are on Thursdays - at work)
