2 Pound Club 2 Lose 2 Pounds A Week! 2 Reach Our Goals!!

How did everyone do this week? I am only down 1lb so far. If I work hard enough hopefully I can lose another 3lbs this week to make up for it.
 
I forget what day it is, but today is like a week into it and for some reason again ive read the scales wrong. I need to go to the gym later in the week or get glasses.

Lost since last tuesday
Last tuesday i was 276.7lb - today im 271.2lb
Thats 5.5lb this week
 
It is up to you guys but our goals were weigh in on mondays but it is up to you and your goals!! I lost 5 pounds as of yesterday morn! We can do this just stay posotive and dont give up! whether you gain or lose as long as you take them small steps you will get back on track that is what i made this thread for! I know its hard but we can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am at 211.4 right now.
So - after:

Week 1 - 209.4 - Actual - 209.2
Week 2 - 207.4
Week 3 - 205.4
Week 4 - 203.4

I don't think I will make my 2 lb goal this week!!! I know i still have the weekend, I just started WW - maybe I'll step it up and go to the gym and do some cardio workouts the next couple of days...

Any suggestions? I ate my 26 pts yesterday no more, 1 less actually...

Tomorrow I'm going to a pampered Chef party, and plan to eat lightly (maybe just sample a few things) I hope not to use my flex points - and then I will use them after Monday... I'm so new to the WW world, so I'm curious to know how week one on that goes (my weigh ins are on Thursdays - at work)

Ohhh I so didnt thnik i was gonna make any loss this week. All week the scales didnt budge. Yesterday(monday) morning i was the same as i was last tuesday. Then yesterday i peed all day and today im 1.2kg (3lb) down! horay!

I believe I can do it except for one thing. I have a vacation coming up in mid-October. It's in the Key West so there *must* be small samplings of margaritas and Key Lime pie (it's my honeymoon and the first vacation we've had in 2 years). :)

Before then, though, this should be doable--and getting a new swimsuit should be a nice reminder to stay on course during vacation.

Well I only lost another 1/2lb this week - so I have lost 1.5lbs so far but should be around 4lbs lost. :( Thats a little discouraging...I will need to lose 4.5lbs this week to make up for it. If I can lose at least 3lbs I will be extremely happy since I'm 2.5lbs in the hole....

I'm hoping I can make up for it when I go on vacation next week. Cedar Point (lots of walking, not alot of eating), and 5 days of camping..TONS of hiking and swimming. :D
