Ok We All Have To Start With Little Steps I Know So I Thought This Would Be Good Weekly Motivation To Lose At Least 2 Pounds A Week Who All Is Interested And I Am Starting Today And We End On Sundays So My Start Is 238.4 For Today And I Am Pushing To Try To Lose More Than 2 This Week So Who All Is In With Me????????????????????????????????? This Club Motivates Me To Use The 2 To Get Out Of The 200's As Well And Get 2 Onederland!!!:d :d
 
I'm in too! Sounds like a plan!!

I am at 211.4 right now.
So - after:

Week 1 - 209.4
Week 2 - 207.4
Week 3 - 205.4
Week 4 - 203.4
Week 5 - 201.4
Week 6 - 199.4

I would be in One-derland by Week 6!!
 
I'm in! Definately!! I am averaging about 1.14lbs a week loss and would like to step it up to 2lbs per week. If I can achieve this I will lose another 24lbs by DH birthday!! :D

Will this be an ongoing challenge or is there a time limit on it?
 
im in!! my starting weight is somewhere between 135-137 not quite sure! my goal is to lose hopefully 2.5 pounds but a minimum of 2!

that is great mal cause i just know 2 is a great motivator anyway you need to use it actually! i love that twoderland and another one would be it is twoable (doable) may have spelled it wrong but i think it is worht using as a phrase for the motivation hehehe what cha think?:D

yes that is a great idea now we can help push you and you can do 2 a week this way if we lose with steps we keep it off!:D

wow looking at the numbers go down it is really motivating and shows it is doable and i realise there will be times we lose more and times we are stuck but we can do it!

If I can meet the 2lbs a week, I will be at my goal weight by Feb!! Alot sooner than expected...geez what am I waiting for? :D

I have no specific goal of when im done, and i reckon if i listed it all out like others it would take a couple pages :D:D
Ill just be happy to get to 90kg so i can donate my kidney to my brother, and then i will take it a bit easier down to my second goal weight of around 65-70kg
 
Ok we are all gonna rock on this one we have 2 onderland goals and 2 twoderland so lets do this people cause i know we each and everyone can and all we have to do is support each othere be commited to ourselves and others and push ourselves like in anything else to reach them goals!!!!
 
Hey everybody!!
I definatly want to join this thread!!! I'm REALLY struggleing right now...I just gained 3 lbs back!! I was at 187 and am back to 190!!! (Actually I just thought for a second that I was back up to 200!!! I almost died...I had to double check it!! ;)) Anyway, I've gotta lose these 3 lbs PLUS at least 37 more lbs. I only went to the gym once last week, and only once so far this week, but I took the dog out for a jog in one of our provincial parks...it was lots of fun except for the uneven ground!!:D I had been eating VERY bad food, but I think that's about over, because I'll have one bite and not be interested in it anymore. This is REALLY good because instead of eatting a whole cake, or a whole box of cookies, I end up throwing it in the rubbish. Tomorrow I plan to go to the gym in the middle of the day, which is exciting to me, because everyone will be at work except me!! Then I also want to go for another jog with the dog. Ok, so that's my current profile, I'm not changing my ticker, as I'll be back there VERY soon, at 2 lbs a week...here I go everyone!!! 20 weeks and I'll be at my goal!!
 
Arg that feels aweful i know AussieGirl. Least you're onto it - not giving up because of it.

Don't worry Aussiegirl...I have been having a horrible couple of weeks too. Exercise is almost nothing and I have not been watching what I have been eating too much. I went up 2.5lbs last weeks weigh in. :(

But I'm not giving up!!!! I can do this and have already back on track this week with my eating habits....now I just gotta get back to exercising....
