i can definitely see a difference. But its very subtle and slight. The important thing to gauge on is that you should be able to FEEL a difference. You should notice more energy a little more flexibility. Because its very possible to go some time without seeing a drastic change. I've always been very performance based with my journey... And now a year later im to the point where i can finally notice differences week to week hang in there its soooo worth it!
I see a slight difference too. It's tough to tell with just a face. Although I certainly see a difference, gauging progress simply by the face isn't too accurate since that might be one of the later places the fat leaves ya.
