2 Day work out - Is it worth it?

Hi Guys and Girls,

Is have a 2 day workout worth it? I got it from a guy of ebay after buying his benchpress awhile ago?? although i go to a gym now

Day 1
Shoulders 3x12

Negative Shoulder Press
Barbell front raise
Cable single-arm lateral raise
Seated Shoulder Shrug

Legs 2x 12

Step Lunge
Squats
Hamstring Curls

Biceps 3 x10

Wall Curl
Alternating grip hammer curl
Concentrated curl

Day 2

Back 2 x 10

Pull up
bent over row
Pulldown
Behind back shrug
Hyper extension

Chest 3 x 10

Bench press
Incline

Triceps 3 x 10)

Dips
Over head lift?
Twisting rope pulldown



I usually do 2 to 3 exercise per muscle group and i do include extras that i can think of.
 
A two day workout is worth it if that is all you can muster. I tell all my clients 3 is better than 2, 2 is better than 1, 1 is better than none.

Change your routine though. Focus on power movements (movements that move two joints rather than 1) that will give you the biggest bang for your buck.
IE: Squats, lunges, deadlifts, pushups, pullups, chest press, rows, overhead press etc.
