Hi everyone I am a binge eater and, having kidded myself for years that I was a normal size I have finally seen sense, got on the scales, and vowed to beat the bulge!
I weigh 19 stones and ideally should be 9-10 stone so a lot to go but i'm gonna take it in small steps and hopefully can get some support on here.
My main problem is that I work day and night and eat takeaways every day as they are convenient. I am going to start preparing healthy food in advance, so eating better will also be convenient. My other problem is that because I work so much I have no time for proper socialising so get lonely and binge eat when I am off, I need to find something else to do now!
