Here to learn.
The last year or so, I've lost control of my weight. I was around 215 lbs when this year started, and now I've gained all the way up to 245 lbs.
A huge contributing factor has been the fact that I stay in the house, and don't go anywhere, maybe once a week or twice a week at most do I leave. I already have plans in the works to bring that to an end.
I came here to get ideas and learn about healthy foods and live a healthier lifestyle. I'm not interested in a 'diet' that will change after I lost the weight. I find that shallow. I'm here to learn how to live healthier for life.
