It's been a year, and I've finally reached my goal weight. YAY!! The last 10 lbs were by far the most difficult. I look at old pictures of myself now, and I'm amazed that's what I used to look like. Wow. I can't believe I let myself go that badly before I took action!

Just curious, did you take breaks throughout the year? Just curious as to why it took you fairly long to lose 50lbs? Regardless, you look great & it's awesome you were able to lose it all!

I do know from experience, i'd drop 10lbs then quit dieting, then start again, and so forth so it took me a while to lose weight. What was your exercise routine like? what did you eat?
 
Amazing! Congrats on reaching goal. The weight you are now is where I want to be.

Did you set a time frame for your weight loss? The reason I ask is because I have never set one, and now I'm wondering if that's hurting my progress.

I can't speak for her, but it took me a year to loose my 1st 50lbs. I worked out 6 days I week. I ate 1300-1500 calories a day. I took boxing, krav maga, and did extreme fitness classes. My body did not want to let go of it quickly. It was way harder to loose weight after I had my son. Then again im hoping since its taking me a while that I won't have any access skin when Im totally done.
