i am an 18 year old female about 198 pounds and am 5'8 1/2. I really need some pointers in how to lose a good 20-30 pounds. i would also like to know if there are any natural diet pills i could take? a friend of mine is taking some type of diet pill and has been losing weight but im not so sure if its a good idea. I have love handles that i hate and have no idea how to get rid of..and i really want to work on slimming down my stomach and thighs... i've tried before to lose weight but its been really hard for me to stay motivated when i dont see any progress,hopefully with some guidance i can achieve my goal. any helpful tips are greatly appreciated . thanks
