I'm a 18 year old female. I weigh 135 lbs , and I'm looking for ways to lose body fat & gain muscle. I'm looking mostly to build abs. Obviously not huge manly abs, but something nice. I need help with my diet. I don't work, so I can't afford to go to a gym.. but I would love to learn some simple work outs that I could do at home.
