unfortunately the only way you can lose weight -cutting calories and exercising. both of which I HATE as I'm lazy and love food.
I have coffee for breakfast, 60 cals
Salad or stirfry vegetables or mushrooms for lunch, less than 175cals
For dinner I have whatever I want, but usually replace potatoes or fries with lots of salad or carrot & parsnip mash.
I don't snack.
So I'm probably under 1,400cals on an average day, which isn't recommended, but I find I cannot shift the weight any other way.
