I know it's a lot of information, but being knowlegeable will help you more than someone just posting a program or diet - which you shouldn't really be worrying about other than learning how to make better food choices. Stay away from prepackaged and fried foods as much as possible avoid getting into the habit of drinking soda or 'sports drinks.' Stick with lots of minimally processed meat (ie. NOT deli meats, any fast food meats, etc.), LOTS of veggies and fruit, and try to eat mostly whole grains if possible. If you're wanting to gain weight, eat more. Strength training at least 3 days per week will help you to buld muscle mass instead of all of those extra calories being stored as fat. With trainig, be cautious and start very light until you know that your form is correct. Then gradually add weight. It can be a bit difficult to control your nutrition when you, I assume, don't cook all of your meals and maybe buy your lunch at school. You may have to start taking your own lunch and snacks if you don't already and it would be a great idea to learn and help out with the cooking at home!

yeah i dont buy my food at lunch i usually take like 4 sandwhiches with like ham and cheese on them and usually a few sweet biscuits, i will try and stay away from soft drinks and stuff, thanks for that :). how long would you suggest strength training for like an hour or something, less more all the advice helps thanks.
