16 yr old needs a little help with a fitness routine

hello everyone! i am 16 yrs old, and have taken gymnastics for most of my life. this has left me strong and with straight calves and muscular arms. i am also very skinny and a little underweight for my height. so my body type is kinda weird because I'm skinny to the point of having no shape, but i have muscular calves and arms. i want to balance it out. my goal is to tone my abs so I can be slim and toned, without loosing weight or looking overly muscular. i would also like to give my calves shape. its like they just go straight down without any definition and are a little thick at the bottom. what I'm asking is how can i tone my abs, hips, and calves without becoming too muscular or loosing weight? thank you so much and good luck to everyone on their fitness goals!

For toning which means reducing your body fat start off with cardio 20-30 minutes a day, add 2-3 days a week of weight training.
Exercises for the abs include cruches, prone ISO, leg raises, etc. Reps of 20-25 x 2-4 sets for starters.
Thigh: squats, lunges, step ups using body weight.
Calves: raises 20-25 reps standing hands on wall for balance support. 2-4 sets
FACT: bulk will occur if you eat more calories then necessary and based on your genetic response and design and your weight training routine.

Good Luck!
