I am a 6 foot tall skinny build and have a fast metabolism. I do 30 mins dumbell up body wiets ever day.
I am looking to build up my body in every where but manly my upper body as I am skinny.
What should I do?
Should I use protein powder?
Should I do a better, longer work out?
