hi i'm 16 year old male and i currently weigh 19st 1lb and i am 6ft 3. I have been trying to lose weight for months now but can't seem to do it, i mean every good day that i have i have a really awful day the next. i walk to college which is around 2 miles each way every day, and go on my rower for as long as i can (first time 13 mins every 2 hours). But i can't seem to stop myself from eating i don't know what the problem is. I mean i use to eat alot but when my parents broke up at 15 i really but on weight which got me to where i am know. All my friends at school can eat what they want when they want and never get any bigger so i just feel left out. Can i please have some advice as i am wanting to lose around 30 lb to get to some where within 17st (i do want to lose more than this but i want this to be my first target)
