Hi there, im 15 5 foot 5 and 135 pounds. im hardly fat at all
i play full back in rugby and my coaches were hoping that i would get into my schools first team.
however they said i need to improve in my strength to be able to play for the seniors and i was needing some advice. I have never done any kind of weight training before and i was wondering what type of equipment i would need and what sort of excersises to do.
soo any tips on anything would be of much help and be greatly appreciated.
