15 years old and I need a plan for several sports.

My name is Harold and these are my stats:
15 years old
male
5'8
175 lbs
Bodyfat - unknown

I am trying to gain speed and strength. I am also trying to build muscle mass, but not body builder size or proportion. I am planning to do several things like play football, join wrestling, and do some boxing. I have little idea on what to eat and do, so I was wondering if you guys could help me create a plan. I am also set to join 24 hour fitness, if that helps.
 
Depending on what your sports training will be like, do a full-body program 2-3 days per week, centered around squats, deadlifts and/or Olympic-style lifts, upper body pushes and upper body pulls. Look at the program I wrote in the stickies of this section. Look at Rippetoe's Starting Strength. Look at Bill Starr's 5x5 programs. These are all the sorts of programs you should be doing.
