15 Year old male looking to lose some weight!

Hi, I'm 15 years old and I am 5'6 and weigh 155 pounds. I know this is probably normal, but the extra 5 just added on in these past two weeks. I am looking for someone who can help me create a workout schedule and healthy diet. I currently do not eat breakfast or lunch, and I recognize this needs to change, and I am looking for a simple plan for quick, easy, and HEALTY breakfasts/lunch's and a good workout. I currently have access to weights up to 35, a bench, and an old new york weight machine. can someone please help me? I am also looking into getting a membership at goodlife fitness as it is 5 minutes away from my school and I could walk there after school each day.
 
Suitable Calorie consumption, for the changes you want for example, dramatic for like 1500 cals, or 2000 cals for two lbs a week, should consume gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. Do lots of exercise, such as get to the gym, atleast three times a week. PM me for a workout i can provide

That is correct, you need to change this thing, skipping any meal is not a healthy way, we should eat at least 3 meals a day. Especially if we do some workout, eating food rich in protein is somehow important.
