15 and losing 1 pound a day :)

im 15 years old 9 days ago i weighed 139 and in 9 days im down to 132 :)

i want to et down to atleast 110 or 115 quite a way to go XD but it feels greattttt :D
 
Its unlikely you will continue to lose 1 pound a day. I don't know quite what you are doing but if you are eating almost nothing, then you are very likely to put all this weight back on again, unless you become anorexic.


IT is better to try to eat enough calories for your body and live actively. Eat good healthy foods in moderate portions.


How tall are you. However tall you are, you haven't finished growing and to undereat is to jeopardise your growth and health. One of the most essential foods growing people need is dairy. Although there are other sources of calcium it is easiest to find in dairy foods, especially milk and hard cheese. You need about 1000mcg per day i think. If you don't get enough calcium, you will end up with low density bones which in the long term can lead to fractures.


You know those old people you sometimes see with bowed backs. They have osteoporosis which is how the disease looks hwen its most severe. It can take a lifetime to end up this way but the seeds are sown in your youth.


Starving yourself to remain slim is not a good idea. Try to learn to eat healthily in moderate amounts and follow a healthy lifestyle.
