First time poster here!
I'm 20 years old, 5'2", and used to weigh 147 pounds. Being on the chubby side all my life, i've been on diets on and off a fair amount.
This January, I decided to give it another shot. I began going to the gym about 4 days a week, doing about an hour of cardio and alternating between abs and weights. I cut out soda (which i was completely addicted to), fast food, chips and chocolates and since lent started, I've been off meat as well.
Though there is a drop in weight, I somehow can't see the difference too much in my body. My goal weight is about 115 pounds.
The pictures on the left were taken at the beginning of February, and I was probably about 142 pounds there, and the pictures on the right were taken yesterday (march 27th- a little over two months from when I started) where I weigh about 135.
I would appreciate any advice. Thanks for reading!
