Hi! I signed up here a week or so ago, and decided it's time to start a diary of my own. I'm mostly just using this as a way to keep myself motivated, organized, and accountable. Knowing that other people might read this may be the incentive I need, but I'm not really expecting anyone to read my ramblings! :)

Day 1

I've gotten off to a rocky start. I have a bad back and the very first day of my diet/exercise plan, it went out. I've been mostly good about eating, but terrible about exercise since then. When I get off track it's so easy to stay off track...I'm going to have to try harder. One would think the prospect of no more double chin and looking better in my clothes would be motivation enough. Some days it is, and other days I just don't care - not good!
