Well hello. I'm a 14 y/o guy with a 5'7-8 height. Asian descent. I weigh at around 122 pounds and have a fast metabolism. To get this out of the way, I have no idea what I'm doing. I don't know which exercises I should do or how my diet should look like. I don't have a lot of space for equipment for either. Also, some websites report say doing certain workouts will stunt my growth, is that true and what are they? The only thing I'm doing so far is just push-ups, crunches, and jogging. Obviously not enough.
All I I'm asking for is just a clear and simple explanation of what exercises I need to be doing and what I need to be eating.
