13, and willing to train.

I'm 13, and roughly 5.4". I've never really wanted to get fitter until lately. Trouble is, i'm not very active so i'd rather not have to do sport-based exercise. I want things I can do in my bedroom, without any equipment that can fitten me up. I'm not looking for bulging muscles, and six packs- I just would like to be slimmer. I'm not really sure of any positions i can use apart from things like sit-ups, genrally because i'm new to the whole scene. I'd like to earn a 6 pack someday, maybe when I start hitting the gym around 16, but for now any loss in weight will do. I'm not particularly fat, but i'm not thin either. I'm mainly just abit chubby. I'm determined to do this, so any advice on what I can do will help me massively. (Bare in mind, I dont have any equipment.)
 
Bodyweight squats and push ups (start with incline push ups if you have to) will make for a good start. Ideally you should also be doing some back exercises, but they generally require either an external load to pull or something to pull yourself up to. If there's any sturdy railings around the house, you can do inverted rows with them. If there's anywhere around that you can do pull ups, they're also good.

Once you're comfortable with squats and push ups, fuse the two together to do burpees.
