12 weeks Wolverine workout by Hugh Jackman (Men's Health article)

Recently I found an article in Men's health magazine about the workout Hugh Jackman uses to become Wolverine. It takes about 12 weeks and is pretty intense. I felt like sharing it so posted it on my blog.
 
You know, back in the day he actually trained his whole body to become Wolverine. If I recall correctly he was doing bench press, leg press, deadlifts, presses, rows, etc.

But this is just a chest/triceps program, and nothing else. Son I am disappoint.
 
I found this in a magazine and indeed it's about the chest/triceps. But I thought it was worth mentioning because it was actually Hugh who explained it.
