hey everyone, so to get myself back on track after what i know will be a difficult thanksgiving weekend i am going on this diet, the "sacred heart diet". check it out:
i think it would be really great if a whole group of us could do this together, starting monday, november 28th, right after the holiday weekend ends. you do the diet one week at a time, and we can do it as long as the group wants. and members can come and go as they please. this would fit in with whatever other challenges and cometitions we're doing too.
i know someone who just did this diet and he loved it and lost weight. supposedly you lose 10-17 pounds in the first week! wouldn't that be nice
. it seems very healthy and balanced, even tho the food conbinations are a bit odd. so whaddya say? who's with me?
