Hi,
I'm 16 years old and this is my goal. I'm about 176cm (5'9") and I have just completed a bulking stage where I put on altogether about 25kgs. Approx 10kg of that was muscle according to the recordings of my BF%.
I'm starting at 105kg (231lbs) on Monday 6th October. I am around 36BF% and will put on an update of Muscle % in 24 hours.
My goal is to reach 90kg (198lbs) on Sunday 9th November. Will put on % goals in 24 hours.

This sounds a bit ridiculous, but I have the plan all set out. I will be dropping my carbs low. Mainly energy coming from proteins and good fats (tunas). Carbs will be from milk (need it because I'm still growing) and oatmeals etc. where I will also be gettin fibre. This also includes fruits & veggies.

Exercising daily at least 1 hour. Weight training too every 2nd or 3rd day. Making sure I use protein shakes properly pre and post-workout unless someone has better ideas.

If anyone can give me extra advice or tips please help out it will be much appreciated :).

Thanks! And I'll keep updated. Maybe even some pics soon :).

yes. putting high expectations in a short amount of time will only cause discouragement. it is the same in this way for everyone.. be patient and persistent. your routine you have in mind sounds fine especially if it works for you and you can stick to it. which is all that matters in the end. loose weight slowly because that is healthy. you can do it!

As the others have said losing 15kg in a little over a month really isn't reasonable. Losing weight is a great thing but you have to realize that it takes a little longer than that to get good results.

In any case good luck, your plan sounds good, just try to stick with it!
