Day 20.
I find it incredibly easy not to eat fast food, while I found it quite hard when I started. It's interesting how much human behavior is determined by habits. Getting fast food used to be my habit, so that was what I regularly did and resisting was hard. Now, some time later, I got rid of that (bad) habit and I am used to getting/making other foods.
This is why my main method to reach my weight loss/health (and other) goals is changing habits, one by one. It takes a while before you get results, but as you change more habits, you can reap the benefits from that investment. That is what I am doing now. My lifestyle is much more healthy, and it takes very little effort to continue this, because I built all these habits up gradually.
Weight loss is not a project. It's the result of a process of change, that continues for the rest of your life.
