How are we all doing 10 pd clubbers???

As you can see I'm stuck at 7 pds, but thats going to change this week!!!

This is the last week of our challenge!!!

Oh pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!! I wanna join. I already got a scale up:D I have exactly one week from today . It will be beyond hard but I know it will push me to try harder.
 
Sure, you can give it a good try.

As for me, I'm 4 lbs lighter. I'm not going to be anywhere near 10 lbs by March 1st, but I may still go down a few. Something is better then nothing, so I'm pretty happy!

NB, go for it. You can do it!
 
i havent posted in here in a while. i sort of got to the point where the challenges were NOT working for me and instead makign me feel depressed...

i'm over that crazy thinking...i just looked back and when this started, i was 143. i am now at 138.5, so 4.5 lbs loss..not too shabby...wont' hit that ten lb mark but i am happy about the successes.

Great job everyone...one more week.

Whoo-hoo, Skyler! 4.5 lbs! Way to go! You're beating me on this one! :) I'm so happy for you! I knew those things will be melting away from you soon enough!
 
I was looking at what I had weighed starting this and I havent done good at all seems like I am stuck I go down 2 lbs then back up 2 I dont know what the deal is So far I havent lost but maybe 3 lbs since jan -13 and that totally sucks I guess it will justtake a little longer to get out of this set back. I guess the good thing is I havent gained either
 
Yep, gotta look at the positive S.F.

This isnt' a race, as long as we are moving forward, thats all that counts :)

We used to run 20 pd clubs but i guess that fad died out. This 10 pd club is actually over tommorrow....is anyone intrested in starting another one??

What happends is we have a set amt of time, like a month and a half, and then we try to loose 10 pds. We don't really have groups or anything like that.Its pretty informal. We just post here once in a while on our progress.

Lmao Only Way I Could Do That Was With A Miracle! I Mean In The Next Go Around You Guys Start It Is Possible In A Month And A Half A Lot Of Hard Work But Is Possible!

Anyways, its over! So how did we all do??

I started off real strong and then hit a bad spot, but I did loose and keep off 7 pds!!
 
hi there! i think im way late for this challenge i guess we can start another challenge for the end of march? im 132lbs wanting to lose at least 10lbs!
