as mentioned in my diary, I suffered a bit of a setback, but I've redoubled my efforts and they seem to be going well Next weigh in is on monday, so we'll know how well I'll have done then.
I weighed in today and had a loss of 1.6 pounds. So, all together I have lost 3.6 pounds for this challenge. Will have to wait and see if I can manage the next 6.4 pounds.
I'm doing awful. I keep losing and gaining the same 2lbs. I joined weight watchers to be sure I get enough for the baby and maybe have a bit more success.

I know what you mean about that weight going up and down I hope mine will start staying down , And you all I need some help on drinking my water I really think it would make a diff if I can get myself to start drinking it . Its just a habit I have never had Maybe I should drink some everytime my little girl gets some she is in and out of the water jug all day long I think she drinks enough water for all of us . But she has been real sick this week and is having a hard time doing anything So I hope she gets better and Me too I am so stuff up I feel like I have ran a 5 mile race I cant breath for the life of me and I am now losing my voice.Ok I ll quit whining but youknow us Mothers we have to whine to some one Sure dont do know good to do it at home, But boy let them hubbys get sick And you would think no one else here has ever been that sick before LOL Have a good weekend And lose a couple of pounds doing it

Weight watchers sound like a good thing to do for you and the baby ! My sister sent me the books and I have the info on the plan. I am not doing the plan right now, but there is great success on the plan. Things will settle down with your weight loss. Your just have a lot going on with your little one. Are you getting enough sleep? Do you eat when you are tired?
Give the WW diet a good chance to get you through this time.
Hey girls how is everyone going? I have put on more weight this week and I was feeling a bit sorry for myself…ok a lot sorry for myself but im over that now. Since we seem to be yo yoing I was thinking that we post our exercise everyday…just for 1 week. It will help us all stay motivated and give us all new ideas on what exercise we can do for the day including housework girls. I don’t care what anyone says; we do enough in the house to class it as exercise. How about we start this on Monday? Then the week after we can try something else. What do you think?
My husband would LOVE it if I did housework as exercise, but unfortunately I HATE housework even more then I HATE formal exercise. I can post my regular exercise though.
BUT, housework definitely counts as exercise, just not the real high imact one!

I did gain a few pds back, but I think I may have lost them again...wont' know for sure till tommorrow!

Well, I don't think anyone is going to say "no you can't join" BUT we are trying to loose 10 pds by March 1st, which is only 2 wks, so I don't know that, that will be obtainable. BUt you can always try your best and loose what ever you manage.
