lousy, lol...once i get started, it'll drop fast!! I guess i'm waiting for this 2 wk challenge to start. Everyday that I can put it off, i will and i'm upset about that attitude. BUt tommorrow is the start of the challenge and i'll be back in full force!!

Did you loose 3 pds already??
 
Yeah, I can't believe it. I think I must have being carrying a bit of water or something. I'd prefer 3lbd of fat but 3lbs is 3lbs.
 
Well I weighed in today and I am down 1lb better then what I thought I was going to do being tom So 9 more to go and I guess this will be the last time I get to put down my weight if I get to join the challenge

Come on girls most of you are in the 2 week challenge as well lets kick some butt this week. What exercise is everyone doing?
 
Hey, I did it today! I stuck to my diet!! whoo hoo!! I just know i'm going to drop alot of weight w/ this challenge! I'm real excited about it!

As far as excersize is conserned I'm going to do 2 sets of 20 min's on my tredmill followed up w/ situps
 
Today I went skiing. I ride horses 1ce/week.

Other then that, I am doing calisthenics for 10-15 minutes/day about 5 days/wk and for cardio ride stationary bike 10-15 min/day also about 5 times/wk. That's my plan anyway, but I have been having trouble sticking to it lately due to some fatigue and muscle soreness problems. Also any day I do something big like skiing or riding, I have to skip all exercise next day due to health problems. I hope I can change that soon, since my health has been improving. I've been batteling with severe exercise intolerance and fatigue for over 7 month, so I have to be careful and not overdo it.
 
I did all right today on food wise even though I ate at taco bell I had the gordita fresco style 250 cal 9 grams of fat I should have told them the chicken its 230 and only 6grams of fat But still I think I did good. This evening I ate some home made soup with small peice of corn bread. I didnt do no exercise but I did chase after a 3 year old and a 1 1/2 year so does that count lol
 
Sounds like we are all doing well so far! Keep it up!!

I am so proud of myself!!!! I was starting to feel hopelesss again, but I kept to my diet yest, I drank a ton of water and just did really well...and it shows! I already lost 2.5 pds!!! AHHHH!!!

lol, sorry to sound crazy, but I really was starting to want to give up and this really helped boost me!

wanna hear someting funny? hubby came home last night after a gig and said , I got you a little something...he got me a box of krispie kreme doughnuts!! what kind of crap is that?? I was going to have just one but I weighed myself first and saw I lost 2.5 pds yest, and I couldn't do it. It just wasn't worth it!
 
Resisting Krispy Creams? You really deserve a medal for that! Good for you!

BTW, you should tell your DH that krispy creams is not a good treat for you right now. :) Maybe a bag of veggies instead? :D

Nah, I'm sure he was just trying to be nice. Sometimes men can have best intentions and things just don't come out right. In my experience, you can't expect a man to majically give you what you want, you have to guide them and tell them explicitly. I was quite lucky with my hubby in that respect, but I've seen plenty girlfriends who struggled with the same things.
 
Good for you!! I just ate some waffles. I caved, I can't do low carb. I'm sticking with 1700 cals. It's easier to say you can have a small amount of everything then to have to refuse youself so much.

I gained 1.6lbs, I hope I lose it.
 
Well, I finally threw out the old digital scale and the one Mom got me for Christmas isn't digital so now I'm back to measuring in whole pounds! I'm staying away from looking at it for the week because I have gotten to the point that I find myself stepping on it 3 or 4 times a day! I feel like those people in the commercial with the scale chained to their legs!

This may be far fetched and out of line, but it may be that your hubby was comfortable with you the way you were and now that your are dropping weight and looking good he knows you are looking good to other men too and may feel a little... insecure(?), worried about how you may change (?)

I know that when my hubby drops weight he looks great and I sometimes I wonder how many other women think so too. He would never ever consider doing anything with any other woman but just the fact that he is attractive again can make me a little uncomfortable. (It's that extra attention he may get from the opposite sex.)

Perhaps I am reading too much into this. Just reassure your hubby that you are his and his alone and you love him however he looks.
