I'm doing 1200 calorie diet. As for working out, I'm riding bike 5 days/wk slowly increasing duration from 15 minutes to 30 and intensity. I am also doing strength workout 10 min/day, would like to increase it to 20. Once a week I ride a horse for about an hour. Hopefully will go downhill skiing 2-3 times in February, although I cannot really count it as a regular exercise, those skiing days are really tiring!
