10 Pound Club

Well, I only lost half a pound this week, which I'm bummed about because I really worked out great this week. :( Oh well - that's 8 pounds lost for this month, not quite 10, but I'm really thankful for this forum because it has kept me really motivated. :) So, are we continuing this thread? I hope to see the progress of everyone else here! Have a great 4th of July weekend!
 
I finished on 102.6kg, nowhere near what I wanted but better than nothing. I will try and do a lot better this month. How did everyone else do?
 
I lost 8 pounds this month, but I don't get to move my ticker this week :( I had really hoped to move out of the 230's, but I'll just have to do it next Saturday.

I know for me, 8 pounds a month is more realistic then 10, but I definitely found that by striving for 10, I can make 8 ;)

Thanks for all the motivation everyone, and I'm glad we're all 'losers' together :)
 
As of Friday, july 7th this club will be unstickied. There are too many clubs to be stickied and we, as moderators, feel that all clubs should be brought to the top of the page in the traditional manner - posting by its "members". This not only reduces the clutter but puts all clubs on equal footing since no one club is more important than another. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
