10/4/2006 Let the Race Begin!

Hello all....I am new to the whole weight loss process. During High School I was always fit from softball and cheerleading, but once I married 4 years ago I began to put the weight on. After becoming pregnant with my first son, I gained up to 265lbs. :eek: I ate everything in sight, and my poor husband never said anything about my weight. After 3 years of being 265lbs, I became pregnant again with our second and final child. During this pregnacy I lost down to 220lbs. never gaining anything while I was pregnant. Once I had our son, I was put on a weight loss pill which helped me drop down to 195lbs. That was the smallest I had been since high school. :( BUT....I had a break in control and began to eat everything in site again, taking myself off the weight control pills. I stepped on the scale one week ago and realized that I had gained 25 pounds. I almost threw up. I have since began to take my pills again, while also eating fruits and veggis, taking in very little sweets. I am going to the gym 5 times a week walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes at a 5.0 incline. I burn about 250+ calories each time. I am looking forward to getting back down to 195 and looseing more weight from there. :D My goal is to loose the 25 lbs. I put on in the last 5 months, plus an additional 15 lbs. *Wish Me Luck*

I am taking Fastin (Phentermine) 30mg 1 time a day for 30 days and its supposed to control the cravings. I have also heard about relicore, does anyone know anything about it?

I know nothing about pills, but just wanted to tell you how beautiful you are! And your baby is soooo cute!

:D Here is a new picture of the before me @ 215.5 and the Mid me @ 208.5!!! WOOOOO HOOOOOO! I am sooo looking forward to putting on that *Little Black Dress*:p
