Wow...thats amazing! I had been quite motivated about 3 years ago...I had gone down from 204 (my highest ever ever...I was mortified when I had weighed myself prior to going on a exercise diet). Keep in mind I am only 5'5.

Anyhow...I managed to go down to 162 lbs in 1 year of running/strength training...and then I was let go from my job back in Feb 2010 and since then I had been depressed and fallen off the band wagon...by November 2010, I had slowly gained half of the weight back...which looking back isn't so bad...that's almost 20lbs I don't have to worry about...I have been sitting at a steady 186 lbs for the last year and a half.

Since I'd be starting at almost the same point as you...do you think getting down to 145lbs by September is realistic??

My real motivation...is obviously liking myself in pictures...cuz right now I can't see the beauty...also being able to wear fashion that I like...right now it's difficult...I can easily find things that fit me, I am a size 12...the hardest part is how well they fit me...and the answer is rarely. I also want to get rid of wearing blouses and cardigans during summer for the sake of not showing my arms and get rid of my back fat...ahhh...arms and back fat are the real issue here!!!

Overall dispersion of fat on my body:

45% (back fat) I know...sounds like a lot...yes it is a lot

30% (arms fat)

25% (legs and tummy fat)

HI Babel!

First off, CONGRATS on melting 20lbs already!! :hurray: that's AMAZING!!!

Never underestimate the power of 1lb. Every pound COUNTS!

Second, I'm not sure if getting down to the pounds that fast is reasonable because I know for me particularly, it's taken a MINUTE. I've been at this hardcore for about a year. It's not easy, but it's SO worth it! I think you can for sure drop the sizes down that much! I dont see why not. You just have to get serious about your nutrition and get serious about your workouts!

What are you doing right now?

Also, how is your eating?

You got this! Period!! Send me a message, and let's stay accountable!!

Here is my TRANSFORMATION VIDEO if you all want to see it!!

I still get sad over where I came from because I still beat myself up.
