1 Year Later - 280-168, 14 left to go!

Hey guys,

I said when I started this whole weight loss regime that I'd want to look at two photos of me after a year and see a difference and I was determined to post them on the internet (I never would of done that before)

So yeah, here it is

(By the way I'm 6 foot 4 inches)

Before - Approximately 20 stone, 280 lbs, August 09'

(This photo sucks, best I could find )

Now - 28th August 10' - 12 Stone, 168lbs
