1 month's progress

basically, it's been a month more of cutting, and stomach exercises (abs, obliques, and transverse) for the first time. Sorry for the bad lighting.

any idea what my BF% might be? My scale said I was around 9.4% on average when the old pics were taken, now it says I'm 7.6%. I know for sure I'm not actually that low. I'm just wondering what it it's close to so I know what percentage to add if I want to figure my real BF%.

I plan on bulking up now, I've done 7 months of cutting and lost a total of over 60 lbs. (This week I averaged 150 lbs, I was around 215 in sept.)

I'm really surprised how my stomach muscles just popped. In like two or so weeks of ab work I had these channels I've never had before.
 
so, any comments? advice?
 
It is a little difficult (well for me) to tell what progress you have made because of the different poses.

Do the same pose in a few of the photos then you can compare them easier.
 
yeah for the last month of school, I was so busy with tieing up school and things that it was just easier for me to cut than to bulk or anything. But now I'm bulking.

Bestie2K, all photos in this thread are recent, all ones in my other thread are from before. For the first two I tried my best to be the same as before, I dunno, mabye I'm off.
 
Nice work man! Losing 60 pounds, wow! You must feel like a new person at 150 pounds...Yup, now you need to put some weight back on! Good luck!
 
Yeah, great progress. Now eat, hit heavy weights and bulk.
