Ok you may see a former diary on here but this is because I put it back on and now I'm back again to permanently get rid of the flab.

This is a no-nonscence diet i.e not supplements, new diet etc. It's just lots of Fresh Fruit, Fresh Veg, Lean Meat and exersize.

Target Goal No.1 - 280lb - Treat Day out with the Family.
Target Goal No.2 - 266lb - Treat ??
Target Goal No.3 - 252lb - Treat ??
Target Goal No.4 - 238lb - Treat ??
Target Goal No.5 - 224lb - Treat ??
Target Goal No.6 - 210lb - Treat ??

Starting date 12th July 2010 - Weight 302lb

Weigh in 19th July 2010 - 294.6lb
Weigh in 26th July 2010 -
Weigh in 2nd August 2010 -
Weigh in 9th August 2010 -

Well it's just about the first week and the 7lb has gone already.

It always goes fast at the start for me and slows down and gets harder. Nice result but I'm looking to at keeping the momentum at 2lb loss a week.

Also just marked a couple of goal points as above for a bit of inspiration of something to head for.
