Water can burn our fat?

Hello everybody i am 26 years old from New york. my weight is 75 kg. i wanna loss my weight fast. but some body suggest me you have to drink more water to loss weight fast, because water can burn your fat. if this is true then tell me how it is possible and which amount we have to drink water in whole day.

Water does not burn fat. Exercise and diet help burn fat. You need to be hydrated to function properly, yes, but overhydrating isn't going to do anything beneficial.
 
Start a grease fire then add water: you'll have a lot of fun with that (pro tip: don't ever add water to a grease fire unless you want to find out why, if you ever slip and fall into a volcano, your death will be quicker and less painful than the movies make out).

There's nothing magical about drinking water that will make you lose lots of weight, other than that it contains zero calories and occupies space in your belly, reducing the amount of calorie-dense stuff you might put in your belly. Drinking lots of water is a behavioural aid, not something that directly causes fat loss.
 
Water is best source to shed extra pounds in simple way. Keep a record of your improvement and be extremely pleased of minimal developments. It is a wise decision to begin a ‘fit journal’ so that you can keep a record of when you perform out.
