Lose Your Weight By Doing Exercise

Few months back I was suffering from over weight problem,and it was really sad for me.After doing some research on internet I decided to start exercise.It's really working for me and I have lost few Kgs.Now I am more physically and mentally fit than before.

SO Do Exercise Keep Fit.

Some tips to :
1.Walk everyday(minimum 30 minutes)
2.Limit your carbohydrate intake
3.Avoid elevator,take stairs
4.Lower the Sugar intake.
5.Cycling
6.Set&maintain your exercise routine.
 
If you want to lose weight with only one exercise, the best choice is walking. It can be done anywhere, requires no special equipment and you can vary the duration, intensity and location to keep it interesting while you reach your goal. Walk at least 20 minutes, three or more times a week. Use a pedometer to count your steps. Increase the number of steps by 500 or more each week, until you can walk 30 to 45 minutes comfortably.
 
I would like to add that cycling is also one of the best option. Cycling is the best option to reduce weight and burn fat. It keeps us fit and strengths one's endurance power. I would recommend cycling because going out everyday for cycling will keep you fit and happy and you will yourself get adapted to it.
However, you have an option if you don't want to go out for cycling, you could also try working out on stationary bike or spin bike at home . This will tell you how much calories you burned during workout and you'll have a record for each and everything. Moreover, you can watch TV, talk on phone and read newspaer while doing workout. So both are good option, right ?
